Change of mind
Personal preference
Color or design expectations
Dissatisfaction with randomized contents
Pull rates or rarity expectations
Expectation of receiving specific cards
Accidental purchases
Opened products
Damage occurring during international shipping
Customs inspections
Customs delays
Customs seizure
Import taxes or duties
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Refused deliveries
Unclaimed packages
All products are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment.
Konbini Heroes is not responsible for damage, delays, customs procedures, or additional charges caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or destination-country regulations.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to claim the package, the customer must pay the full cost of reshipping the order.
No refunds will be issued in these cases.
A replacement or another appropriate solution may only be offered if:
Konbini Heroes shipped the wrong product.
The product was damaged due to an error directly attributable to Konbini Heroes.
Applicable law requires otherwise.

Brokerage fees
Local handling fees
Any additional governmental charges imposed by their country.
