Manufacturer packaging may change without notice.

5. Product Availability
All products are subject to stock availability.
Konbini Heroes reserves the right to cancel orders if:

Pricing errors occur.
Fraudulent activity is suspected.
Payment cannot be completed.
6. Pricing
Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on the Store are shown in United States Dollars (USD).
Shipping costs may be calculated using official Japan Post rates converted to USD using the exchange rate configured by Konbini Heroes.
Prices may change without prior notice.
7. Payments
Payments are securely processed through Stripe and other authorized payment providers.
Konbini Heroes does not store full payment card information.
Orders are only confirmed after successful payment authorization.

9. Shipping

We may only offer a replacement or other appropriate solution if:
The incorrect item was shipped.
The item was damaged due to an error by Konbini Heroes.
Applicable law requires otherwise.
Shipping costs are non-refundable except where required by law.
11. Collectible Products
Trading card products are randomized by the manufacturer.
Konbini Heroes does not guarantee:

Specific rarities
Pull rates
Box contents
Booster Pack contents
All randomization is determined solely by the manufacturer.

Original characters

Original artwork
Original music
Original stories
Software
Source code
is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
No part of our original content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
All third-party trademarks, characters, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
13. Acceptable Use
Users may not:
Attempt to compromise platform security.
Use bots or automated systems to interfere with the Store.
Upload unlawful or harmful content.
Impersonate another person.
Disrupt or interfere with our services.
Violations may result in permanent account suspension.
